I'm questionning a bit why I felt the need to write that gigantic post about why I run. It's really not complicated.Pre-Run: Lethargic. Gloomy. Unmotivated. Blah...
Run: 2.4 miles, 22 minutes (less time than it takes to go grocery shopping)
Post-Run: Energized. Focused. Refreshed. Ready to work the night away!
Not sure if I should broadcast this too much. If too many people find out, myself and my fellow future psychologists may be out of work... Not to mention manufacturers of various types of mood enhancement drugs...
Ahh well.
Regardless, Kelly Drive & Schuylkill River, I heart you.
